NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.

ADMISSIONS OFFICER

Executes the admission and enrollment procedures of Italian and international students interested in NABA undergraduate, postgraduate and master courses. The main tasks are to process the candidates' applications, evaluate high school and university titles, complete the administrative and financial files of the candidates, as well as to assist the candidates with specific enrollment issues. In addition, contributes to improving the admissions and enrollment procedures.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

• Evaluate Italian and International applications according to NABA entrance requirements
• Send admission outcome
• Monitor admissions pipeline and respond to counsellors and ECs questions related to the admission procedures.
• Respond to applicants and follow-up on missing documents, provide detailed information about scholarships, financial aid and supprt Non-European students in the visa procedure.
• Evaluate scholarship applications.
• Coordinate the set up of the International matriculation desks organized twice per year.
• Contact the Italian Diplomatic Representative Authorities in order to speed up the visa process.
• Attend webinars and courses on foreign education systems

Job requirements:

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience within a dynamic and international environment, preferably in the education sector. Furthermore, he/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Customer and target oriented with sales, relationship and strong planning and organizational skills.

Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is key.

Contract and compensation to be defined.
