Job Description
Role Mission
The GTech Supply Chain & Distribution Senior Manager serves as a linchpin to define and implement a tech vision following the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.
He/she collaborates with all business and tech key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment, integration, and effective execution of business strategies throughout systems implementation.
He/she oversees a dedicated team of internal and external resources exclusively focused on Supply Chain, engaged across design, build, run, and project management phases.
He/she plays a critical role to foster a robust partnership and collaboration with the KTech counterpart, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions, data analytics, and digital innovations.
He/she takes a proactive role in guaranteeing the successful delivery of solutions, tightly aligned with the roadmap, also through a close and collaborative partnership with KTech.
Overall responsibilities
- Translates Vision, Mission and Goals from a business/tech perspective into a strategic roadmap for his/her area of responsibility
- Sets actionable plans and recommendations for the GTech Supply Chain & Distribution Manager and the GTech Supply Chain & Distribution Business Partner
- Reviews and validates improvement initiatives proposed by GTech Supply Chain & Distribution Manager and evaluate the outcomes in terms of Business impacts
- Reviews and suggest improvements for the Service Portfolio Roadmap proposed by GTech Supply Chain & Distribution Business Partner
- Ensures that Demand & Project Portfolio priorities are in line with the strategic goals provided by the GTech ISC Director
- Reviews and validate the budget and the resources allocation for the area
- Maintains a strategic connection with Kering Technology ensuring a continuous alignment of business/tech goals, objectives, and priorities
- Manages the strategic relationship with suppliers of IT services to ensure that quality target of services and projects are achieved
- Foster collaboration across departments, particularly with technology and business units, ensuring seamless integration of technological advancements to optimize supply chain and distribution functions.
Requirements
- 10 + years in Luxury/Fashion sector
- Strong knowledge of supply chain & distribution Processes, Systems and Tools (preferably in Luxury/Fashion industry)
- Scientific degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred
- Good knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies and involvement in or managed large-sized cross-functional projects in large and complex companies
- Experience in managing budgeting and accounting activities
- Experience in managing and coordinating teams in complex organizations
- Good knowledge of IT Governance and IT Service Management best practices (Cobit, ITIL, etc.)

- Ability to manage priorities in a complex cross-functional environment

Technical skills:
- Supply Chain & Distribution processes knowledge
- Good knowledge of Demand Planning processes
- Process improvement
- Knowledge of Project management methodologies
- Knowledge IT Service management methodologies (ITIL certification would be asset)
- Apics certification would be an asset
