Job description
For a structured multinational chemical-pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician.
The candidate will work in partnership with involved functions such as R&D, Quality and Production, to support the business. The ideal candidate possesses good skills in laboratory, attention to detail, knowledge of safety and quality standards, as well as a strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
The candidate, based on the indications and needs shared with management, will execute assigned activities, including:
‐ execution of batches in laboratory and pilot scale
‐ preparation of documents and samples for GMP studies
‐ physical-chemical analyzes and completion of dossier for release of experimental batches
- participation in a team responsible for managing the laboratory and equipment in the area
- preparation and compilation of documentation for R&D purposes

The ideal candidate:
possesses a Diploma from a Chemical Institute;
Is able to communicate in English;
Pay attention to detail, can work autonomous in carrying out assigned tasks, and relates easily with colleagues and superiors;
Is proactive and has problem solving mindset;
has developed at least 6 months of experience in laboratory activities, preferably from companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food industry.
