Job description
The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to our esteemed director. This fulltime position requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who can work independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks both personal and workrelated.
Essential Functions:
- Provide personalized administrative support to the assigned doctor.
- Manage and coordinate personal schedule appointments and meetings
- Arrange and handle vehicle maintenance grocery shopping
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans accommodations and conferences.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the director.
- Organize and maintain files records and other essential documents.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
