Job description
A global leader company in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.
We are looking for the immediate future (from May 2024), a candidate to covers the position of Commissioning Manager in Saudi Arabia (camp assignment for 1 year at minimum) for the JAFURAH UPSTREAM PIPELINES WELLS TIE-IN PROJECT relevant to the gathering system consisting of flowlines, transfer pipelines and produced water pipeline with associated facilities & ancillary systems.
1- Commissioning Manager holds the responsibility for the execution of a safe and effective commissioning program for the established systems/subsystems within a Project and handing over of the same to the Client according to contractual requirements, project processes/procedures and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets.
2- The Commissioning Manager shall execute or provide support during start-up and test runs as a key member of an integrated commissioning and operations team comprising of Company project, operations and Contractor personnel.
3- The Commissioning Manager shall engage with Company, Sub-contractors, Vendors and other Site Supervision functions throughout the pre-commissioning phase (with particular focus on the site activities for which is directly responsible) to ensure appropriate delivery of project scope to allow safe and effective commissioning to be completed as per schedule.
4- In home office, ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run engineering, operation and handing over of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule.

QUALIFICATION: Master Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: speak/ write fluently (level B2)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: minimum 7 years with docs
IT SKILLS:Microsoft Office package with Teams & Excel functions for data management/ rationalization.
SOFT SKILLS: communication and relational ; ability to work collaboratively within a team and leading properly his assigned Team;
NICE TO HAVE: availability for international mobility/for prolonged periods (1 or 2 years).
