Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Arranging gate pass/ permanent ID for vendors to work at site.
2. Arrange Daily Tool Box Talk for Vendors before starting of work
3. Induction on Daily Work for Vendors
4. Arranging PTW for day work night work hot work and work at height.
5. Coordinate with security and safety for materials inward and arrange necessary documents.
6. Coordinate with security and safety for materials out gate pass and arrange necessary documents.
7. Do regular inspection to ensure Vendors following all safety regulations while working.
8. Ensure vendors having proper PPE for their respective works.
9. Check and provide safety tag for all machines and tools used by vendors.
10. Check Scaffolding safety tag and certification
11. Check cylinders having correct certification and ensure it is safe to use.
12. Preparing Daily report as per client format
13. Preparing weekly report as per client format
14. Support and provide necessary document for client safety audit
EXPERIENCE : 1 to 2 Year
INDUSTRY TYPE : Services Industry Manufacturing industry AirconditioningRefrigeration
EDUCATION : Diploma Diploma in EHS recognized by a university & NEBOSH / OSHA Certification mandatory
