EveryMatrix is looking for a Network Operations Center Engineer to join our IT Governance Department in Bucharest.

NOC Engineer
Responsibilities:
To ensure success as a NOC Engineer you should demonstrate basic knowledge of network and system administration CDNs monitoring tools and the ability to work flexible hours.
- Use monitoring tools to identify potential problems
- Monitor the performance and capacity of systems.
- Respond to alerts and generated by monitoring tools.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents.
- Tracking and documenting incidents and compiling incident reports.
- Take part in the post mortem process making sure that everything is documented correctly.
- Managing and creating Grafana Dashboards managing and creating Grafana alerts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Basic knowledge of system and network administration
- Linux commands line experience is a plus
- Basic CDN understanding
- DNS understanding
- Proven ability to work independently
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours (24/7).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
