Job description
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Give an expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters
- Support our production team on site
- Cooperate with the hiring managers in finding the right talents and support them with the incoming applications
- Plan and implement personnel development-measures
- Lead of overarching HR projects and drive further development of HR tools
- Coordinate Change Management projects
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in human resources management, business administration or a relevant field
- Experience as HR Business Partner or a similar role, preferably in a company with complex manufacturing plants
- High self-motivation, problem solving attitude and goal-oriented personality
- Very good knowledge of English, German and Italian
