Key Qualifications and Experience: To be a successful candidate, you should possess: A proven background in property transactions, specifically in the sale and purchase of rural and agricultural property. Independence as a qualified solicitor or experienced fee earner with a solid grasp of agricultural/rural property law. Strong multitasking abilities to manage client demands and caseloads while handling non-casework responsibilities. Strict adherence to file and case management policies, procedures, and compliance. Precise recording of billable and non-billable time. Team-oriented mindset, promoting collaboration with fellow fee earners and support staff. A track record of delivering top-tier legal advice and achieving favourable outcomes for clients. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients. Proficiency in independent caseload management, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues when needed. Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in the relevant practice area, staying current with legislation and case law. Ongoing commitment to professional development and addressing learning needs. Active engagement with supervision processes. Strong proficiency in IT systems. An eagerness to contribute to business development efforts and cultivate a network of referrals.
