With our expansion we are looking for a motivated and skilled 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a remote basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the foundational team in Romania and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our new branch.

Position Summary:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will manage the entire recruitment cycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing selection and placement. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify and secure new business opportunities build lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional service to candidates. You will work fully remotely from Romania under a contract of employment with significant opportunities to grow as the branch expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct business development activities to establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source screen and interview candidates matching them with suitable vacancies.
• Manage the entire recruitment process ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
• Achieve targeted recruitment goals and contribute to the branchs growth and success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Higher education in one of the following specialities: P sychology Pedagogy Law Counseling or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of service preferably within a recruitment or HR environment.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment or sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent in Romanian and English both written and spoken.
• Proficient in the use of recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
