IT PROFESSIONALS: IMMEDIATE HIRING
Profile: Multiple positions on various IT projects:
A. Network Engineer
B. Security Engineer
C. Storage Engineer
D. Field Engineer
E. Helpdesk Support
Educational Qualification: MCA/B.Tech (Information Technology Computer Science Electronic Engineering Electronic Communication Engineering) not later than 2021.
Added Preference is given to 2020 or earlier.

Project locations are Pan India including Delhi/NCR.
Onboarding Process:
HR Interaction followed by a Technical Interview and Aptitude Test.

Job Responsibilities:
Handling issues & queries acting as a point of contact for all profilerelated questions.
Anticipating issues that may occur due to system complexity and informing the team lead/Manager accordingly.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions troubleshooting problems and maintaining workstation and System performance.
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems researching answers and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in the development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language.
Monitors and maintains compliance with service agreements.
Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and through communication skills.
Management of all daytoday aspects related to the job profile.
Meet Project requirements specific to the domain employed for.
