Job description
- Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer Hybrid position. Therefore candidates will need to live a commutable distance from Liverpool city centre so they can get into the office when required.
Requirements
- have 3 to 7 years experience
- be responsible for all costs related matters of assigned cases (i.e. cradle to grave) including preparing Bills of Costs court documents PoD and replies. They will be expected to provide costs advice to clients and handle costs negotiations commensurate with their seniority.
- Be hardworking proactive and well organised
- be able to deliver high quality work to clients whilst meeting individual performance targets.
Salary dependent upon experience
