Overview

As a Security Guard you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will be responsible for monitoring premises patrolling assigned areas and responding to security breaches. Your attention to detail and quick response to incidents will contribute to the overall safety and protection of the premises.

Duty Hours: 8 hours. (One day holiday).

Job Locations: City Centre Durgapur (West Bengal) .

Salary: 11000/ to 13000/ With P.F and E.S.I.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
• Apprehend criminals and evict violators
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Possess an understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Utilize communication devices to stay in contact with security personnel
• Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations and to provide personal protection

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Strong observation and decisionmaking skills
• Physical abilities including strength agility and stamina
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Valid guard card/license as required in the state of employment
• Familiarity with report writing
• Good judgment and the ability to think quickly
• Flexibility to work various shifts
