About the job
This position plays an active role in performing day-to-day administrative tasks and people-related duties, supporting and working closely with the local HR team in the management of all activities, both strategic and operational.

We are looking for a curious, proactive and highly motivated new team member who wants to give impact in the company managing activities across multiple areas of HR, such as HR Administration and Compliance, Data Reporting, Recruiting and Employer branding, Onboarding, Training and Employee communication, to join us at our location in Peschiera (VR).
Your tasks
- You will support personnel management and administration activities and ensure all employee information in the HR systems is accurate and up-to-date;
- You will handle paperwork (both in digital & hard copy) and gather all necessary documents to support the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, exits) in support of the HR team;
- You will provide support to day-to-day recruiting activities, in particular in the job description definition, job posting, cv screening phase and interview scheduling, as well as maintain relations with Universities and/or training institutions for recruitment of young talents and internship activation procedure;
- You will plan and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments, to assure a smooth transition to the organization and deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
- You will support the management of training courses, mandatory trainings for the manufacturing plant, funded trainings and related operational activities (records, data analysis, collection of documents,…).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics/Law/Human Resources Management. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus;
- Plus if any previous HR experiences within a production plant or in a temporary employment agency;
- Strong passion for people development, organization designing and analytics;
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset;
- You are a team player and an agile learner;
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills;
- Proactive and committed mindset;
- High level of integrity and sense of responsibility;
- Reliable, accurate working style and love of detail, able to manage different tasks respecting the deadlines
