Job description
Technical requirement for this role Expectation is : Primary Backend role with Good communication Should understand low and high level designs Database knowledge : preferred is : MongoDB else SQL or Oracle will also work language preferred : c/c / Python/ Java ( first preference would be given by client to candidate from BFSI domain )
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of engineers fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
Oversee the endtoend software development lifecycle ensuring the delivery of highquality and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with product managers architects and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members promoting continuous learning and professional development.
Drive innovation and implement best practices in software development coding standards and testing methodologies. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed decisions on technology stack and architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience (810 years) in software development with a focus on team leadership and project management.
Strong technical skills in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in BFSI Domain is a plus.
