Job description

Position: Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions encompassing purchases receipts and sales.

Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

Reconcile bank statements and various financial records.

Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and income statements.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits.

Monitor both accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Generate invoices and promptly process payments.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Provide support to the accounting team as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or ZOHO.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

CPA certification is a plus.
