Job description

To strengthen our young and motivated team at FORESTIS, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager (f/m/d).

Your talents

• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or tourism in a management position (at least 5 years)
• Ideally ASA-J knowledge
• Other IT skills (Microsoft Office package)
• Enjoyment of the job
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational talent
• Customer orientation and you maintain contact with our guests in a stylish and discreet manner
• Good knowledge of German, Italian and English, further language skills are an advantage

Your tasks

• Supporting and deputizing for the hotel manager in his absence
• Management, supervision and control of the Rooms Division
• Participation in department manager meetings
• Employee management
• Responsibility for the consistently high quality of guest service
• Complaint management
• Accounting preparation
• Advising guests by telephone, e-mail and in person on site
