Job description
RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineerto join its office in ROZZANO (Milano) within the Energy Project Solutions Division.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring that all assigned activities are being executed in an efficient manner, in compliance with HSE protection, RINA QMS, OHSE Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, maintaining OHSE and quality standards and to have all the resources needed to achieve the goal of completing the job on time and on/under budget;
- Advising the direct Manager/Customer of any additional safety measures necessary to improve the work methods used;
- Supporting and participating in the organisation’s environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements;
- Communicating to the Project/Site Managers any problems with field work and with assisting in resolving those problems;
- Reporting any accident and near-miss to the direct Manager;
- Communicating with the direct Manager/Site Manager regarding job schedules and performance issues that may arise or with the responsible of the department regarding equipment problems;
- Assisting the direct Manager/Site Manager in identifying scope of work changes in a timely manner;
- Attending job walks and bid meetings as needed to assist the direct Manager/Site Managers in determining the site conditions and developing the scope of work;
