Job description
RINA is currently recruiting for a Intercompany Accountantto join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Planning & Control Division.
Mission
The ideal candidate will be in charge of invoicing and accounting among RINA Group companies, managing related-party transactions and accounts reconciliations, providing reports and financial information to the OU and to the management.
Job Responsibilities
- Issue sales invoices to Group companies
- Record purchase invoices from Group companies
- Manage accounting transactions
- Review accounts and carry out account reconciliation
- Support the intercompany reconciliation process, ensuring timely and accurate cash applications and “in transit” accounts maintenance.
Requirements
- One-year experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst, Accountant or relevant role
- Excellent understanding of accounting and ability to work on accounting software (knowledge of Dynamics D365 F&O is a plus)
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables
- Verification and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Fluent in spoken and written English
