Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordination of daily activities of personnel administration, ensuring compliance with current regulations and company policies
  • Administrative management of new employees and trainees, by giving the onboarding process a solid structure
  • Being the main point of contact for employee and manager queries 
  • Preparation of HR policies
  • Support and develop projects in the area of personnel administration
  • Managing the various periodic HR deadlines
  • Providing counseling and support for disciplinary matters and effectively resolve conflicts
  • Maintaining and updating employee documentation, including contracts, internal policies, and company records
