Specialist.
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the online retail presence of the company. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring the overall success of the e-commerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and e-commerce technologies.
Responsibilities & Major Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and update product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Implement and maintain an efficient order fulfillment process.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotions, discounts, and upselling techniques.
- Optimize the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement user-friendly navigation, product search, and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve site aesthetics and functionality.
- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports.
- Provide regular insights into sales trends, customer behavior, and platform performance
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
