Responsabilities:
You will support the delivery of the process, following up on emails received in a shared mailbox for the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) area. Each email must be read, actioned and filed after ensuring that the action has been completed. It is also necessary to identify any concerns reported by our customers or colleagues and inform the local managers and/or the technical support manager and concerning GKAM (Global Key Account Manager).
Nominations must be recorded on an excel log for tracking and for some clients, the use of their own system is required. Some analytical tasks may be required on historical trends from that log analysis.
Other additional tasks may be requested during the mission, such as logistical tasks (organizing a transfer of sample(s) between 2 Intertek offices for example), assisting with marketing projects, events organization, etc.
The process never stops, so it will be required to be available sometimes during weekends and public holidays. For these non-working days, a duty system is in place between the team, which is at least 1 weekend per month and about 3 public holidays per year. During this duty you will have to check the mailbox 3 to 4 times a day (and act if the situation requires it).

Occasional trips to Intertek Geneva offices, Switzerland, will be needed.
Possibilty to work in hybrid mode, alternating presence in the office and smart working.
