The Pricing and Business support Manager EMEA, is a key resource to support regional EMEA business, and to drive short and medium-term competitiveness in terms of value and price to drive growth of revenue and margin. Descrizione The Pricing and Business support manager EMEA will report to the Regional Offering Manager EMEA Business, and support him in term of: Identification of and follow up of initiatives of Business growth; Support for SPR approval and sales opportunities management; Coordination and continuous update with EMEA AE and Sales team; SIOP, forecasting. Key Duties Supporting EMEA regional business offering manager for pricing approvals; Cooperate with EMEA regional business offering manager for periodic updates with sales based on pipeline by country/account/vertical, won/lost jobs, win rates; Following SIOP process (ROW and support for EMEA); Populate database with competitors info mainly related to financial info and pricing (not technical benchmarking which is still managed fully by product managers); Create and keep updated data base on projects pricing WON/LOST based on product type, country, account; Create and keep updated of quotations approved based on price by product/margin/project value; Compare pricing for strategic accounts on different projects and between different accounts for similar products; Check Price Gain calculations and YTD status on a regular basis; Check exit margins of finalized Sales transactions and proactively compare with SPRs approved if they are matching; Responsibilities Targets in term of sales, orders and margins; Keep updated the management plan for sales, orders and margin, and follow up related mitigation and improvement actions (i.e. must win projects, pull in activities, improve B&S). Management the pipeline and win rate growth support to Regional offering EMEA Business Manager Support Regional Offering EMEA Business Manager for pricing approval at agreed levels and ensure price gain targets are met; S&OP and forecasting support activities.
