Accountable to: Project Manager & Operations
Accountable for: Subcontractors Carpenters & Laborers
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Managing scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare overall job schedules and 3 week look ahead schedules and be able to meet or exceed those
- schedules.
- Actively seek new ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Produce work in the time frames set forth by owners and project managers.
- Use diplomacy and tact when dealing with owners architects and engineers.
- Solve challenges and onsite issues with help from design team.
- Complete carpentry and selfperform work when needed.
- Follow all local state and OSHA safety rules and regulations mandated.
- Follow all procedures set forth by HCI handbook.
- Able to communicate with owners and architects.
- Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; proficient in reading and understanding drawings and specifications; proven past experience; supervising & leadership skills; good computer skills
- Characteristics: Neat; thorough; reliable; dedicated; accurate; organized; selfmotivated/driven person; problem solver; decisionmaker; and good communicator.
