Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Admission Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively communicate with prospective students provide academic counseling and close admissions over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and pitch our educational programs and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our courses admission process and fee structure.
- Counsel students on their academic and career goals guiding them towards suitable educational opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Basic proficiency in Hindi for communication with regional candidates.
- Proven experience in inside sales preferably in the EdTech or educational academy industry.
- Strong cold calling skills with a track record of making 100 calls and achieving 3 hours of talk time daily.
- Graduation is mandatory with no backlogs.
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience freshers are also preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiners preferred with a notice period of 015 days.
Working Conditions:
- Location: Bangalore or nearby areas.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Flexibility to stretch working hours based on business needs.
