Job description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Recommend and prepare wine and creative cocktails for guests and customers
- Provide services for guests/customers such as order-taking and the promotion of the restaurant’s food and beverage offers
- Be responsible for the set-up and the operation of the bar station/section
- Follow the production of all beverages and the bar’s sequence of service at any time
- Ensure that food and beverages’ service is efficiently and accurately handled
- Ensure that the service and products’ delivery standards are fully respected and surpassed at all times, with a high level of client care
- Respond proactively and adequately to the guests’ queries, ensuring consequent effective communication
- Be able to lead and communicate with the colleagues during the bar operations
- Perform all duties related to the restaurant’s opening/closing check-list
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by management
