Role: As a Recruitment Consultant at NonStop Consulting, your primary role will be to collaborate with clients and candidates, building relationships to gain a comprehensive understanding of individual recruitment needs. Your objective will be to place candidates into contract roles in the German Medical Device Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed.
- Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients’ vacancies.
- Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists.
- Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients.
- Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests.
- Communicate interview results to candidates.
- Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
- Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads.
