We are currently looking for a bright IT Junior Developer, responsible for activities and processes related to the IT Software development mainly in terms of Windows environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our existing ERP system and contributing to the development of new functionalities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in software development principles and have a good understanding of ERP systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Develop and maintain software applications within our ERP system, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards;

  Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of ERP system functionalities, including enhancements and bug fixes;

  Assist in the integration of the ERP system with other business systems and third-party applications;

  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ERP systems and software development practices;

  Assist in the documentation of system architecture, coding standards, and development processes;

  Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth system operation;

• Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications;

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for new features and functionalities;

  Provide timely support and assistance to end-users in resolving system-related issues;

  Maintain a proactive and positive attitude while working on assigned tasks, ensuring efficient delivery within deadlines.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures.
• Proficiency with at least one programming language (such as Java, C#, or Python) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in implementing or maintaining ERP software.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug software applications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Prior experience working on enterprise-level software projects or ERP system implementation is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL language and relational Database.
• Ability to work with the team, external suppliers and colleagues.
• These additional competencies are a plus: Javascript/Typescript, Nodejs, React, Version Control Software (es. TFS, Git).
