Job description
Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily fund flow statement bank reconciliation statements and
Have knowledge of bank transactions (online and offline) and rules
Update Tally with BRS and PNL
Summarize current financial status by collecting information; prepare balance sheet profit and loss
statement and other reports.
Ensure compliance of all statutory payments on time
Fluent in online transactions
Perform monthly quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and
credit card accounts coordination and completion of annual audits and reviewing financial
reports/support as necessary
Analyse and report on financial status including income statement variances communicating
financial results to management budget preparation and analysis
Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Job Qualifications
35 years accounting experience
Within a 3045 minute commute from Marathahalli
Conversant with Tally software
Extensive knowledge of Indian GAAP
Computer skills in MS Office accounting software and databases
Excellent organizational problemsolving project management and communication skills
Additional experience in Audit and International accounting
CA certification optional
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and Hindi Kannada is a plus
Accustomed to working in a fastpaced environment ability to multitask and meet multiple tight
deadlines
Selfstarter who exhibits ownership of assigned tasks and who will push for solutions that solve
immediate problems while building toward longterm goals
Ability to effectively be flexible in approach and respond well to pressure
