IDS GeoRadar Mining Business Unit vision is to address the needs of the mining industry for safety critical slope monitoring to improve safety and ensuring production continuity.
Main clients are multinational T1-tier Mining Companies that operate on a worldwide scale and with highest safety and technological standards.
For our
Pisa based officer we are looking for a highly motivated and energetic candidate to work directly with the VP MineMonitoring and global Sales Directors towards the achievement of sales targets through the management of sales data, creation of budget/revenue forecasts and tracking of after-sales recurring revenues. He/she will also be responsible for the sales technology stack (Salesforce, Business Warehouse) driving and enabling an efficient sales process, and support the sales teams with A/R collection in designated areas.
The candidate will report to the VP MineMonitoring and will be responsible for building and maintaining process and documents to support the sales team, conducting research, analysing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organization reaches our sales goals.
What we want you to do: - Collection of monthly sales global forecasts and input in SOP tool.
- Assist with yearly budgeting and forecasting process.
- Update and maintain mining products pricelists in SAP and quote templates.
- Track of after-sales recurring revenues.
- Collaborate with the sales and support functions to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) contracts with clients are timely renewed (including the preparation of quotes for designated areas).
- Support the sales team with tenders and contracts in designated areas.
- Coordination with Global Operations departments to make sure sales orders are processed correctly and on-time.
- Manage SAP/Business Warehouse revenues reporting.
- Monitor Salesforce inputs and reporting.
- Maintain sold units master data and market share (excel database).
- Maintain contact with customers and back-office functions for sales related queries.
- Manage the customer satisfaction survey process.
- Collection of quarterly production requirements for sales.
- Compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites.
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
Travel requirements: - Occasional international travels may be required from time to time.
Desired Skills
We would like to see: - A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent in experience.
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations, Business Support or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the active and passive sales process.
- Analytical skills to interpret revenues data to make suggestions on how to improve processes.
- Attention to details.
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
- Experience with SAP/Salesforce/Business Warehouse preferred.
- Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A self-motivated person who can work independently and under pressure.

- Familiarity with SAP, Business Warehouse, Salseforce is a plus.
Languages: - English language skills (fluent written and verbal) is a pre-requisite.
- Spanish language is a plus.
- The ability to communicate in other languages in order to work effectively with virtual & remote teams.
