Hiring Administrative Receptionist for Mumbai location!!!

Receptionist Duties :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
  • Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Administrative Duties :

  • Coordinate and book venues for company events and meetings.
  • Make flight reservations and handle travel arrangements for employees.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with document preparation including formatting editing and proofreading.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with other adhoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in event planning and travel coordination is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic office maintenance and repair procedures is beneficial.
