Hiring Administrative Receptionist for Mumbai location!!!
Receptionist Duties :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Administrative Duties :
- Coordinate and book venues for company events and meetings.
- Make flight reservations and handle travel arrangements for employees.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
- Assist with document preparation including formatting editing and proofreading.
- Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical.
- Assist with data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with other adhoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in event planning and travel coordination is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic office maintenance and repair procedures is beneficial.
