Job description
YellowSquare, International Hostel client of the Restworld circuit, is looking for a bartender/supervisor for its hostel in Rome, Castro Pretorio area.
We are looking for passionate candidates, with at least 4 - 5 years' experience in the role and who have already managed an international team. It is essential to know and speak fluent Italian and English.
The main tasks will be:
Prepare and serve hot/cold alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks;
Stock inventory based on storage needs;
Disassemble and clean machinery as necessary;
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks;
Receive and process customer payments;
Handle special requests and answer questions.
