Job description
For a client - an Italian branch of an international company specializing in manufacturing and servicing high-quality test instruments for various applications such as medical devices or industrial equipment, we are looking for a skilled Technician Sales Specialist.
Location: San Donato Milanese, Italy
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Conducting customer research nationwide and liaising with technical, quality, production, and procurement departments to secure new orders.
- Visiting both potential and existing customers.
- Showcasing company's instrumentation through tailored visits and demonstrations to promote our products/solutions.
- Offering technical assistance to customers to help them find the appropriate solution for their requirements.
- Collaborating with sales management to ensure efficient order handling.
- Planning and managing activities within the agreed budget constraints.
- Maintaining communication with the parent company via email and telephone for collaborative projects.
- Regular travel to customers (on the road 4 days a week on average).
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of technical components for mechanical and industrial automation, preferably gained through hands-on experience in the field.
- Education level equivalent to junior high school, preferably with a focus on electronics.
- Proactive approach towards tasks and challenges.
- High level of motivation and determination to achieve desired results.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and good English (B1/B2)
