1. Position Overview:

As the central focal point for new orders this role demands a seasoned project engineer with project management expertise. Responsibilities include developing project scope managing internal and external stakeholders escalating concerns and collaborating closely with QC and the production team.

The role involves organizing project kickoff meetings studying Purchase Orders (POs) leading Project Meetings (OTMs) and formulating comprehensive Project Execution Plans. The Project Engineer tracks input flows from clients design procurement and QAC teams ensuring projects stay within budgetary and delivery deadlines. Coordination with QC and customers for TP inspections overseeing invoicing and ensuring OnTime Performance (OTP) ensures a seamless project execution from procurement to production.

1. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
3. Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
9. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

1. Qualifications and Requirements:

1. BE (Mechanical).
2. 68 years of experience in a project management role.
3. An additional qualification/ certification program on Project Management will be an added advantage.
4. Working knowledge of CPM/PERT and other statistical techniques will be preferred.
5. Sound knowledge of Project management processes specifically related to our product portfolio/manufacturing projects.
6. Sound knowledge of fabrication processes such as Welding rolling machining cutting drilling painting etc.
