Customer Care Tech Specialist Form of employment: Full-time employment contract Hybrid working: 3 days from the office' 2 days from home Office location: Warsaw' Inflancka 4A We put thinking' smartness and customer satisfaction first. We are looking for an open-minded' verbal and responsible person. These are mandatory qualities. We will teach you the rest. Your mission in this position is to solve technological issues of our clients (ebay sellers). It is about if you can get the trust of a client and solve his/her issue with empathy and technological confidence. RESPONSIBILITIES - Investigate and solve customer's technical issues - our main idea is to solve the issue and make sure the client understands the solution, - Interact with customers through email' chat and phone, - Educate customers on application features and good practices, - Cooperate with other departments in identifying bugs and customers' needs. MUST HAVE - As we work with clients globally any of the languages on an ", excellent", level is a must - English and Italian, - Typical customer support skills package: soft skills' strong communication' ability to work both independently and in the team, - Understanding that you need to communicate a lot with a client (via any channel), - We like technology' so willingness to learn and use technology is an asset: i.e SQL' internal admin tools' Count' G-Suite etc., - Negotiation skills or willingness to obtain them, - Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Zendesk is a big advantage, - E-commerce experience is an advantage (fields related to eBay' Amazon).
