Job Description

Your opportunity

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team ICT, riportando all’ICT On Site Support Coordinator.

How you will contribute

• Garantire la risoluzione dei ticket di servizio IT, monitorandone la corretta evasione e gli eventuali processi di escalation.

• Gestire le attività programmate di sostituzione e riparazione/riconfigurazione PC.

• Gestire l’aggiornamento tecnologico dei PC aziendali.

• Gestire l’inventario e le scorte assets IT ed accessori.

• Garantire la manutenzione e gestione della telefonia fissa/mobile.

• Assicurare la gestione della sicurezza fisica e logica nei PC e smartphones aziendali.

• Contribuire allo sviluppo di flussi procedurali sulla piattaforma di gestione servizio IT al business.

• Garantire l’aggiornamento dei manuali di servizio al business.

• Predisporre e gestire i beni aziendali relativamente ai processi di hiring/leaving.

• Garantire la creazione dei nuovi profili aziendali (e-mail, utenze su gestionali interni).

• Fornire supporto ai colleghi del team IT Application per il corretto setup e funzionamento delle soluzioni di business.

• Fornire supporto IT per eventi commerciali/istituzionali fuori sede.

Who you are

• 1-2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo

• Fluent English

• Buone capacità di comunicazione

• Spirito di collaborazione e Team Work

• Passione ed entusiasmo
