Your opportunity
R eporting to the HR Personnel Administration & Payroll Manager you will work in a very inclusive and highly qualified team. Our office manages all the Brands within Kering G roup and you will have the chance to work with a wide range of Companies and diverse CCNL in an international and innovative environment .
How you will contribute
You will support the team in managing :
C ommunications and contract variations
P ersonnel data flow controlling and reports
Data control of p ersonnel presences (illnesses, accidents, holidays, leave, maternity leave )
Analysis and reports through out our IT systems
R elations with payroll provider (CPI , Clicklavoro , etc. )
Employees’ Benefits (health insurance, post retirement funds , etc . )
Who you are
A brilliant university graduate either in Business , Economics or HR administration related field
You have former experience in payroll and personnel administration within an international environment
You have experience in payroll processes and personnel administration
You are a proficient user of MS Office suite
You have high energy, organizational skills and capability to collaborate in team and with different functions
You are fluent both in Italian and English
