With the aim of supporting the Quality Assurance Team, we are recruiting a
Quality Assurance Expert
Who will collaborate in the management of structural projects and technology transfer of new processes in relation to the fulfilment of GMP requirements for technical and quality aspects.
Main responsibilities:
· Supports the coordination of Change Control activities related to the implementation of new projects.
· Delivers Validation Project Plans (VPP) related to specific projects and participates in the execution of equipment and utilities qualification, process and cleaning validation activities in collaboration with other Quality Assurance and Engineering groups.
· Issues validation protocols and process procedures relating to new processes and projects to be included in the QMS and revises the QMS operating procedures.
· Regarding the implementation of new departments or projects, reviews User Requirements Specification documents, commissioning protocols (FAT and SAT) and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) issued by external companies and various Fidia company bodies.
· Supports the execution of Media Fill related to the introduction of new aseptic processes, reviewing protocols and study reports, and verifies the correct use of aseptic techniques.
· Takes part in inspections by regulatory authorities and customers.
· Collaborates with other functions within Quality Assurance in the management of deviations in which validation activities are involved.
Requirements:
· Degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical chemistry and technology, chemistry, pharmacy, or biology.
· Ability to read P&ID and technical diagrams preferred.
· Knowledge of the English language at B2 level.
· Problem solving, accuracy, proactivity and team working skills.

Packaging Technologist Expert
Collaborating with all business areas involved in defining the technical and graphical requirements of pharmaceutical production components, the candidate will contribute to the definition of the best solutions, supporting the needs of replenishment and production planning.
Main Responsibilities:
· Managing or updating the collection/mapping of technical data, concerning the different packaging components.
· Consolidating the area of operational planning for the benefit of reducing response times.
· Collaborating with Fidia's internal/external organization in order to align the technical requirements applied to materials in the production system with the component supply system.
· Consolidating the management of operational/documental flows as required by quality procedures.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma and, preferably, a Bachelor Degree in Materials Science.
· 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or cosmetics company.
· Technical knowledge of production systems, preferably from the pharmaceutical or cosmetics manufacturing world.
· Very good knowledge in the use of Adobe Illustrator.
· Good knowledge of English.

Clinical PM Specialist
Reporting to the Clinical PM Coordinator, the candidate will contribute to important research projects as well as product life cycle management, by designing and implementing clinical studies/investigations.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ensure that sponsored clinical studies are initiated and completed in compliance with applicable legislation, guidelines and company SOPs.
· Create and/or review study documents.
· Contribute to budget planning and control by providing cost estimation, forecast & budget revision and reconciliation.
· Conduct CRO and/or vendor selection, ensuring oversight of delegated activities.
· Manage of investigational sites (study feasibility; site selection and evaluation; contract and budget negotiation, oversight)
· Prepare and/or review of scientific papers.
· Act as primary contact for the study and provide support to members of the multidisciplinary project team, internally and externally.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in intenational multicentre clinical trials (Phase I-III)
· Experience in CRO selection and experienced in bid defence meetings, budget control/negotiations, project management and CRO oversight management.
· Knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP) and UNI EN ISO 14155:2020.
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to meet deadlines.
· Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to work cross functionally and as part of a team.
