The Sales Operation Assistant supports the Wholsesale Team (Brand Representatives & Key Account) by implementing and coordinating operative activities related to front and back office. He/she supports the team with various administrative tasks, regular reporting, internal and external communication as well as in the preparation for budgeting/forecasting, order management etc.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Support the team in the organization of sales & customer meetings, presentations, go to market process set up and implementation, merchandising, order entry analysis
• Help in the planning, preparation and management of the seasonal selling seasons (documents, guidelines, deadlines etc.)
• Coordinate the showroom set up and schedule
• Business analyst support for sales analysis and preparation of personalized reports required by the Sales team
• Monitoring of KPIs that help to evaluate the stock properly
• Management and update business sheets, including calculations

Profile

• Degree in economics or a similar field
• Background in a sales driven company is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and interest in sales statistics, affinity for numbers
• Knowledge of operational sales topics good understanding of economic relations
• Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Organizational capabilities
• Fluent in English and Italian
