On behalf of our client, a multinational company with main focus on Specialty Care, we're looking for a Key Account Manager Uro-Oncology for Lombardia region.
Job Description
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
- promote hospital products in prostate cance r and grow factors field
- oversee some province, while contributing to the achievements of the business objectives trough medical scientific information
- define and implement an access strategy at local account level and contribute at regional level
- build and maintain long term relationships and engage with specialists, including Uro-Oncologists and hospital pharmacists, in order to make sure the appropriate environment is built
- continuously develop the knowledge on disease areas and products, and conduct regular market analysis
- introduce intelligence activities for the launch products from the previous 18 months, following the management's priorities
- involve all professional figures (Hospital Pharmacists, Clinics, etc.) required to obtain the insertion in Tender specification of any new formulations/dosages exclusive to the New Product
Competenze ed esperienza
Requirements:
- experience in prostate cance r is mandatory
- previous sales experience in pharmaceutical sector with a familiarity across a range of treatment areas (oncology/urology: mandatory - rheumatology and osteoporosis: preferable)
- previous experience in access process at local and regional level in assigned territories is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills - able to analyse and make sense of data
- Excellent organisational skills
- Intermediate English for both written and verbal communication
- Educated to degree level in a scientific subject
