GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Learning Solution Design – support Global Learning partners in the development and design of CAMPUS signature programs; design of face to face, virtual and eLearning solutions for line with group business needs; support in developing other learning tools such as templates, guidelines and surveys
  2. Learning Solution Delivery – facilitate face to face and virtual training sessions and programs as required
  3. L&D Operational Support – support Campus Operational Excellence manager with LMS course creation, LMS Content curation; support in programming logistics (room booking and set up, catering and event planning) and attendance tracking; program evaluations and reporting; supplier and vendor management, PO, Invoicing and Budgeting; Campus SharePoint management and communication.
