GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

• The Campari University has been established a key enabler for Campari Group ambition to become a development-oriented organization by bringing Learning Capabilities to the next level, developing critical cross functional Capabilities and sustaining Cultural Evolution

• The Campari University will have direct responsibility in the end-to-end design and delivery of global programs in the area of Leadership & Management, co-design Core/Cross-Functional Business Competences and support Functional Capabilities to be developed across the entire Group. The Campari University acts as Center of Expertise for all the Learning inside the Group.

• The new Campari University Global Learning Intern will work closely with Global Learning Partners and Operations Excellence Manager with responsibility for supporting the design and delivery of Campus Learning solutions in the areas of Functional expertise, Product Knowledge, Management & Leadership capabilities and Compliance.

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Learning Solution Design – support Global Learning partners in the development and design of CAMPUS signature programs; design of face to face, virtual and eLearning solutions for line with group business needs; support in developing other learning tools such as templates, guidelines and surveys
2. Learning Solution Delivery – facilitate face to face and virtual training sessions and programs as required
3. L&D Operational Support – support Campus Operational Excellence manager with LMS course creation, LMS Content curation; support in programming logistics (room booking and set up, catering and event planning) and attendance tracking; program evaluations and reporting; supplier and vendor management, PO, Invoicing and Budgeting; Campus SharePoint management and communication.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Interest and curiosity in designing learning content using a variety of authoring tools (e.g. ArticulateStoryline & Rise)
• An interest in learning technology (e.g LMS – LXP) trends
• Good facilitation & training delivery skills 
• An understanding of Learning theory and learning design practices

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES

• You love learning and are passionate about developing people!
• You have excellent project management skills and an ability to manage detail
• You have a willingness to learn and build your expertise across all aspects of L&D
• You are motivated by challenge and the opportunity to shape and evolve Campari University. 
• You are fluent in English and ideally another language.
