Role Context and Mission


The Network Services Manager is a key role in the Global IT Infrastructure and Operations team, which is responsible for delivering and maintaining reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure and operations services to support the business needs and objectives of Campari Group.


The Network Services Manager will be accountable for the design, implementation, and management of the network services in Campari, including local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi, wide area network (WAN), Firewalls and Azure networking.

Will ensure that the network services are aligned with the IT strategy, architecture, and standards, and that they meet the performance, availability, security, and compliance requirements of the business.

Will also oversee the network service providers and vendors, ensuring that they deliver quality services and adhere to the contractual obligations and service level agreements.

Will be accountable for any project related to the enhancement and evolution of the Network Services as well as any network activity related to Merging & Acquisition of new companies into Campari Group.

Will lead a team of network Experts and Architects, providing them with guidance, coaching, and support. Will also collaborate with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that the network services are integrated with other IT systems and processes, and that they support the business needs and expectations.
