Job description
We are looking for an agile operational specialist with experience in the coach touring market to join our Operations Administration Department on a full time basis in our Rome office. You will be responsible for leading a small satellite team ensuring that the team is well motivated and operationally efficient whilst performing key HR related duties. You will not be afraid to get involved and will always look to lead from the front when required.
Responsibilities
- Lead on key operational projects and accounts/relationships
- Lead the Rome office HR function
- Help inspire, implement, and manage Personal Development of the team
- Planning and setting goals / targets for the team
- Ensure training requirements are serviced and reviewed regularly
- Help globally align and maintain all SOPs across the EMEA Ops Administration function
- Support Recruitment initiatives if required
- Assist to create and promote team building events, volunteering, and CSR initiatives
- Provide support and assistance in ensuring Italy Operations Team delivers all administrative aspects to respective supplier/ bookings necessary for TTC trips through Italy
- Ensure excellent support and service to TTC Global Colleagues; Travel Directors and where applicable to TTC guests
- Part of the 24 hours emergency mobile phone and weekend rota. ?
- Key member of the European Crisis Response Team
- Manage certain key Italian supplier contract relationships and accounts, a vailability to extend hours when needed

- An exceptionally communicative people person
- Pro-active with a positive and can do attitude, ability to manageunder pressure
- A passion for organising and ensuring a first class customer experience is delivered always
- The ability to navigate multiple deadlines on a regular basis
- Team player and willingness to help others when required
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to prioritize
- This is a key senior role. We are looking for someone with senior management experience within the coach touring sector.
Additional Requirements
- Right to work in Italy
- Excellent spoken/written English & Italian
- Experience of collaborative team management.
- Coach Tour Operations experience essential
