Job description
ANDRITZ is looking for a Project Manager for service business for HYDRO Division, based in Schio (VI) - Italy. As Project Manager you will ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects (maintenance, rehabilitation, digitalization) in collaboration with the corresponding internal engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and logistics teams, while following the internal processes of the company.
The job will be based in Schio (VI), Italy.
Your job responsibilities and tasks are to:
- Communicate with the customer and foster an environment of collaboration and partnership.
- Coordinate internal functions and sub-suppliers.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Ensure adequate submission and revision of all project documentation requirements.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
We are looking for candidate with the following experience & expertise:
- Engineering degree or similar.
- Five (5) years of professional experience as project manager.
- Knowledge in rotating equipment industry is a plus.
- Engagement with all involved parties during the project execution.
- Proactive, analytical and results-driven working style.
- Good communication skills and capability of managing conflicts.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must. Spanish will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite, SAP and project management software.
- Availability to travel around 15% of time.
