For our Bentivoglio (BO) office we are looking for an Air Logistics Customer Care Manager
Your Role
The Air Logistics Customer Care Manager works within the Air Logistics Function. It focuses on Customer Care and assists the Customer Care Location (CCL) on the implementation of the General Cargo strategy for all internal and external customers, ensuring overall excellence, strong and valuable coordination between Global Services (GS), Operational Care Center (OCC), Gateway, Pricing and Key Account Managers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and onboard new customer opportunities, include direct visits to customers, regulating the update of Customer
- Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Corelog)
Focus on customer retention for the General Cargo account portfolio - Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Organization, ensuring close cooperation with all stakeholders for an optimized customer experience
- Ensure service excellence by leveraging a high level of forwarding and market knowledge
- Be head of continuous improvement on processes and controls aiming for a consistent customer centric model
- Manage and own the Customer Care Location Profit & Loss development
- Lead by example, supports team members in achieving their career goals, fosters adequate work-life balance, and work-related stress reduction
- Commit every day to Talent retention and employees’ engagement
