We're looking for a Service Desk. The resource will be responsible for monitoring the correct functioning of the Production system, managing alarms and alerts highlighted by the various monitoring systems, ensuring the correct flow transit and taking action to resolve or report any anomalies. Where necessary, the resource will interface with colleagues from other specialized Teams with the goal of unlocking any critical issues/problems and must be available to work three shifts.
