We are working with Gmm Spa, part of Axel Johnson International, focused on providing innovative services and tailored made solutions in order to support their clients in the production and energy efficiency process, helping them to create a more sustainable and technological development and we are looking for an:
IT SUPPORT Key Job Responsibilities: - Work as part of the IT Support Helpdesk which supports the AxInter IT Services across Europe through a ticket-based system;
- Provide excellent customer service through communication on various platforms – written and verbal;
- Tracking work in progress and recording issues and solutions;
- Monitoring incoming alerts/incidents and escalate to the relevant teams where necessary;
- Write documentation for internal use as well as customer use.
Key Skills Required: - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role;
- Experience and a strong understanding of key IT systems including but not restricted to: Microsoft platforms;
- Experience and knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Server and Desktop operating systems;
- Have a good, sound knowledge of how IT functions within an Enterprise Environment;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken;
- Team player but also be able to work on own initiative;
- Be able to prioritize workload based on impact and effect;
Desirable Technical Skills: - Microsoft qualifications;
- Additional language skills.
