On behalf of a preeminent global leader we are looking for:

AR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and precise Accounting Receivable Specialist to join our HQ Finance Team. 

Location: Cesena (FC) Italy. 

Working Hours: full time on site job, monday to friday

What we offer: direct hiring in the company with an initial contract of 12 months and possible confirmation with permanent contract; the salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Book and allocate Italian/foreign collections to the related customer accounts
• Correctly manage the active schedule to send reminder letters
• Reconcile the balance sheet accounts
• Promptly record accruals, deferrals, invoices/credit notes to be issued
• Manage foreign exchange differences
• Reconcile receipts with credit cards and FinTech services
• Submit and reconcile the items subject to collection
• Submit, allocate and reconcile direct debits
• Manage the correct accounting records for free gifts
• Manage the debt collection and Litigation
• Carry out cash Reconciliation (Stores, etc.)
• Ensure the provision of monthly data for management reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

What you should bring:

• Master’s Degree in Economics
• 3-5 years’ experience in an Accounting Department Office
• Experience in financial solutions management
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Fluency in Italian and English (minimum B2)

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
