La figura ricercata
Main Responsibilites:
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
-oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to departure, ensuring a positive experience for staff.
- Structure and Organization:
-maintain a structured organization chart that responds to the needs of the company;
-keep the list of jobs and their responsibilities updated.
- Recruitment and Selection:
-lead the recruitment and selection process, identifying staffing needs, posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates;
-manage the relationship with recruitment providers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
-facilitate the integration of new employees (onboarding) and manage departure processes (offboarding), ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with legal procedures.
- Personnel Administration:
-lead the relationship with the employment advice provider;
-manage employee records, keep documentation up to date, administer payroll systems, and ensure compliance with labor policies and regulations.
- Talent Development and Management:
-identify staff development needs, design training and development programs and promote professional growth opportunities.
-implement performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and collaborate in developing improvement plans.
-resolve labor conflicts, mediate disputes, and promote a collaborative and harmonious work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits:
-administer remuneration, compensation and benefits programs, review compensation policies, and ensure fairness and competitiveness in compensation packages.
-oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, promote safe practices in the workplace, and manage wellness programs.
-preserve and promote an organizational culture based on personal respect and professionalism.
Il candidato prescelto
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial sector companies;
- High knowledge of Italian labor legislation;
- Good English language fluency;
- Effective communication skills and ability to establish interpersonal relationships;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Internal customer orientation and ability to understand employee needs;
- Organization, ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work;
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
