Position : Technical Business Analyst

Education : Bachelor s degree in computer science Data Analytics or equivalent field.

Experience : 03 05 Years

Job Summary:

The Technical Business Analyst / Data Analyst plays a critical role by supporting operations and conducting data analytics projects. The main objective is to extract valuable insights from large datasets and provide information to management for decisionmaking purposes. Should have business acumen to interpret financial data recognize market trends and comprehend the broader economic landscape. Individual should have strong business acumen possessing the skills to link organizational strategies with practical actions enabling them to make informed decisions that contribute to the overall success of the business. This holistic understanding will empower professionals to navigate complex challenges identify opportunities for improvement and drive sustainable growth .

Skills :

  1. Advanced working knowledge of data visualization software (Tableau Python Salesforce).
  2. Proficiency in MS Windows navigation Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
  3. Extensive proficiency in Excel applications including manipulating large datasets and developing complex formulas.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect analyse and structure large datasets.
  5. Knowledge of implementing data standards and automation tools.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easytounderstand format.
  7. Strong business acumen in understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and their relevance to business decisionmaking.
  8. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  9. Proficiency in assessing business processes and identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.

Experience:

  1. Experience in collecting analysing and structuring large datasets from various sources.
  2. Experience in developing implementing and maintaining analytics systems.
  3. Familiarity with evaluating and improving manual processes and systems for efficiency.
  4. Experience working directly with crossfunctional partners and users to gather requirements.
  5. Proven excellence in organizational prioritization and presentation skills.
  6. Experience in working directly with crossfunctional partners to gather business requirements.
  7. Demonstrated success in using data analysis to provide actionable insights for decisionmaking.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish KPIs that align with business decisions goals and objectives .
  2. Collect analyze and structure large datasets for decisionmaking and solution development.
  3. Develop and maintain analytics systems simplifying complicated problems into simple frameworks.
  4. Build and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources.
  5. Create and maintain rich compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  6. Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
  7. Work directly with crossfunctional partners and users to gather requirements and provide status updates.
  8. Evaluate current manual processes and systems for efficiency problems and inaccuracies.
  9. Implement data standards and automation tools ensuring data integrity.
  10. Identify opportunities to use advanced analytics to develop new strategies and improve business performance.

QMS Responsibilities:

  1. To participate meaningfully in Internal and thirdparty Audits of Implemented Management System Standards.
  2. To contribute to the organization Knowledge inventory documents.
  3. To participate in finalising management review inputs to be given to QMS coordinator/MR
  4. To control correct find out root cause and take corrective actions on nonConformity and its consequence and customer complaints.
  5. To be aware of Quality Policy Quality Objectives and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
